You can either restore factory setting or follow the instruction below.
1) Open file manager ( or similar )
2) Open Internal Storage
3) Find and open folder JCacheFile folder
4) Delete file hlysUser.txt
After reset, open Joy tv the first time, you can choose
1) One-click registration - If you dont have existing account and want to register a new one
2) Login - use your existing account details to login.
Once your JOY TV has successfully activated, please go to Personal Center to check your balance of days and note down your Account number and Password.
