DELIVERY LEAD TIMES: Our official delivery lead time is 1-2 working days from receipt of cleared payment, however, we will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible, provided full cleared payment has been received. If an item is paid from an unconfirmed paypal address, this will cause delays.

 

PAYMENT METHODS: We prefer payment to be made by PAYPAL , but also accept BAC payment, Cheque and Postal Orders. Cheques will take 7 days from receipt to clear. Cash on collection only. Orders paid for through Paypal will only be processed in our normal lead time if the buyer has a VERIFIED account and a CONFIRMED address. Failure to meet this criteria will result in a delay of up to 10 working days. Full payment details will be provided at checkout. If payment is made by Paypal, we can only ship to the address registered with Paypal.

 

SHIPPING: We offer a range of shipping alternatives and will list above the options available to you. Lead times provided by Roymail are not guaranteed by us. Any damages incurred during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. After this time, you can not claim for damage in transit. 

Courier shipping quote does not cover the following destinations: Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands or any other non-UK mainland location, BFPO addresses and PO Boxes are also excluded. There will be an additional charge for these locations. Please e-mail for prices before buying.

 

WARRANTY: Unless stated otherwise under "Product Notes", all items sold by us will come with 1 year Warranty. If your item develops any problems in this time, we will offer an exchange or refund for the item during the first 30days. Where a product becomes faulty and a manufacturer's warranty applies to the product, all communication will need to be held between you and the manufacturer.

Returns:

Please return your item to us within 30days.

Shipping cost is not refundable in any case.

Buyers may be liable for loss in value of the item if it's returned in a different condition from which it was received, or if the item is not packaged securely to prevent damage in shipment. In the event that an item is returned used or damaged, we might provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.

This applies when the loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, or mode of operation.

No transaction fee on Bank transfer payment.

 

Payments:

We prefer Bank BAC Transfer as our method of payment, Credit Card VISA / Mastercard are also accepted Postal orders are welcome as is personal cheque. For PAYPAL Payment we ONLY ship to Confirmed / Verified addresses. If you require shipment to a different address payment MUST be by direct deposit / bank transfer. No other payment method will be accepted if you need shipping to a non-paypal confirmed address.

 

· All device is check before delivery, you will void your warranty if you tamper with the warranty seal.

 

· Faulty or non-working device will be repair or exchange within 7 working days.

 

· We cannot offer refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Special notes: All apps are provided by the third-part providers. Media Player itself comes without any apps.

All apps can be downloaded by yourself for free through App Market.

Purchasing this item means you have authorised us to install those third-part apps on your behalf.

We nor Media box company takes no responsibility for the liability / availability of any app.

If you find any app is illegal, make sure to delete it immediately.

 

Return Policy

We have different return timings and procedures, depending on why you need to return your product to us.

 

Unwanted items

For items bought online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.  

You have to return opened products within 14 days

 

Faulty goods

Within 30 days of purchase or delivery, you may return a faulty product for an exchange or refund.

Within product’s guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase or delivery), we will offer you a prompt repair service. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you.

You can arrange free product collection and refund, or an exchange or repair, by contacting our customer service team.

 

Return items conditions

Get your refund

Once the item is delivered to the seller, your refund should be processed within 2 business days. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method and funds are usually available within 3-5 business days.

General return requirements:

Same or unaltered condition (not an exhaustive list):

  • Unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received
  • All parts must be intact
  • Should be returned with original product packaging: boxes, UPCs, bags or any items used to wrap and protect the item
  • Must include all items that were included in the original package, such as cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts or bonus items
  • Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.

 

If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

 

Offer you a partial refund and let you keep the item – This can be a good compromise when you're not completely satisfied with your purchase – for example, if it arrived with a minor scratch – but you're happy to keep it.
